Faulty or Damaged
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a print that is faulty or damaged, we will replace it promptly and at no cost to you.
In the event that an item or its packaging is visibly and significantly damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the damage, refuse the delivery, and contact us right away.
If you discover damage after accepting the delivery, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your print at info@jmstudiohk.com
Changed Your Mind?
Simply contact us and return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with the return address. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. As a small independent business, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for unwanted items.
For your security, we recommend using recorded or registered mail when returning goods. Refunds for purchases made with gift card credit will be issued as store credit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
